Develop and maintain 3D models related to material handling systems for offshore oil & gas facilities. Prepare detailed design and modelling deliverables for mechanical material handling equipment and systems. Create and update: General Arrangement Drawings (GA) Material Handling Layout Drawings Equipment Arrangement Drawings Lifting Equipment Layouts Crane Coverage Drawings Monorail Layouts Trolley Beam Layouts Maintenance Handling Studies Fabrication Drawings Installation Drawings Perform 3D modelling for: Pedestal Cranes Offshore Cranes Monorails Chain Hoists Electric Hoists Lifting Beams Maintenance Handling Systems Davits Gantry Systems Material Transfer Systems Skid Handling Facilities Ensure proper accessibility for operation, maintenance, equipment replacement, and material movement activities. Develop handling studies and lifting route assessments within the 3D model environment. Verify lifting clearances and maintenance access requirements. Coordinate model development with project specifications, engineering standards, and client requirements. Participate in model reviews and interdisciplinary design reviews. Identify and report clashes affecting equipment handling, installation, and maintenance activities. Incorporate engineering comments and client review comments into models. Generate construction, fabrication, and installation drawings from approved models. Maintain model quality and consistency throughout project execution. Support engineering teams during fabrication, transportation, installation, and commissioning phases.
