JuniorQuickbase Developer

We are looking for a Junior Quickbase Developer to work on one of our client projects. The successful candidate will have demonstrated ability to analyze and organize information, research new capabilities, inform best practices, and continually improve processes, workflows, and automations.
About the Role
Junior Quickbase Developer working on one of our client projects, focused on low code solutions, ongoing administration and development of cloud business systems, and continuous improvement of processes, workflows, and automations.
Responsibilities
Ongoing administration and development of our cloud business systems with a focus on low code solutions (Quickbase)
Translation of business requirements and process documentation into technical requirements, solution design, and reporting design
Training of employees on application use, functionality, data quality and reporting and help them resolve application issues
Create and maintain effective application documentation and user support materials
Analyze and implement best practice business processes aligned with forward facing technology and solutions at scale
Monitor routine and critical processes and workflows and proactively identify problem trends
Gathering feedback from end users to continue improving systems
Researching new tools and solutions to meet our growing needs and assure we stay nimble and competitive
Provide technical guidance to the CI team to refine business requirements and develop new scalable solutions
Concurrently work on multiple initiatives to further develop and improve our business systems to provide end-to-end project lifecycle management
Troubleshoot issues with our platforms and create best practices to prevent future issues
Qualifications
3-5 years demonstrated experience in the implementation and support of business systems software platforms.
College Degree with IT or Business Process major/focus preferred
