Title: SAP WalkMe Specialist
About:
We are looking for an experienced SAP WalkMe Specialist to design, build, and optimize in-app guidance, smart walkthroughs, and automation within SAP environments (SAP S/4HANA). This role drives user adoption, reduces support tickets, and improves employee productivity by leveraging the WalkMe Digital Adoption Platform.

6 to 12+ months Contract
Location:
Remote / Hybrid / USA
Key Skills and Responsibilities
Hands-on build experience with the WalkMe console and builder tools.
Good working knowledge of SAP modules or user workflows in platforms like S/4HANA
Ability to turn complex SAP tasks into simple steps for everyday users.
Build and maintain WalkMe items like smart walkthroughs, launchers, resource centers, and surveys inside SAP.
Work with business teams to find where users struggle in SAP and fix those pain points.
Use analytics to track how well users adopt SAP tools and find areas that need better training.
Lower help-desk requests by giving users clear, real-time help right on their screens.
Strong analytical skills to check user data and fix workflow blockages.
