Product Building & Curriculum Lead – STEM

Role Description The Product Building & Curriculum Lead – STEM is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for designing, building, and iterating STEM learning products and curricula that align with OLL.co’s practical, hands-on learning philosophy. Day-to-day tasks include developing structured STEM modules and lesson plans, creating engaging activities and projects in areas such as robotics, coding, and AI, and collaborating with educators and product teams to ensure content quality and learner outcomes. The Lead will gather feedback from learners, teachers, and school partners to refine curriculum, maintain alignment with educational standards and industry trends, and support pilot implementations and training for educators. The role also involves documenting best practices, preparing learning resources and assessments, and contributing to new program launches across schools and online platforms.
Qualifications
Strong STEM foundation with experience in areas such as coding, robotics, AI, or engineering education.
Demonstrated curriculum design and instructional design skills, including creating lesson plans, learning activities, and assessments.
Experience in product development or educational product building, ideally in EdTech or K–12 learning environments.
Ability to collaborate with educators, school partners, and cross-functional teams, and translate feedback into curriculum improvements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex STEM concepts in simple, engaging ways.
Strong project management, organization, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and timelines.
Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment in Mumbai, with a learner-centric and experiment-driven mindset.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in STEM, Education, or a related field; prior experience in teaching, EdTech, or curriculum leadership is highly desirable.
