Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Python Developer Intern / Junior Developer to join our development team. The candidate will work on developing, customizing, testing, and maintaining Python-based applications and business software solutions.
This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to one year of experience who have a good understanding of Python programming and are eager to learn, solve problems, and build real-world applications.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain applications using Python.
Write clean, readable, and maintainable code.
Work with databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL to store and retrieve data.
Debug issues, fix bugs, and improve application performance.
Work with the development team to understand requirements and implement solutions.
Test developed features and ensure they function as expected.
Learn and follow coding standards, version control practices, and development procedures.
Prepare basic technical documentation when required.
Required Skills
Basic to good knowledge of Python programming [MUST].
Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts [MUST].
Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
Understanding of data structures, loops, functions, and exception handling.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an advantage.
Basic understanding of REST APIs and Git is preferred.
Good logical thinking and problem-solving skills [MUST].
Willingness to learn new technologies and work collaboratively.
Eligibility
B.E./B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc. (IT/Computer Science), or an equivalent qualification.
Freshers and candidates with up to one year of relevant experience may apply.
