𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄
The Service Engineer is responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance and after-sales support of robotic systems at customer sites. The role is the primary technical point of contact for customers once a system is deployed, ensuring reliable operation and high customer satisfaction.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
- Install, commission and hand over robotic arm systems at customer sites
- Carry out preventive maintenance and routine health checks on deployed robots
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, electrical and software faults, both on site and remotely
- Provide after-sales support and respond to customer service requests within agreed timelines
- Train customer operators on safe operation and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate service records, spare parts inventory and site visit reports
- Work closely with the Application Engineer to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
- Remain available on call for customer breakdowns and travel to customer sites at short notice during emergencies, including outside regular working hours when required
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or a related discipline
- Basic understanding of electrical wiring, sensors, pneumatics and control systems
- Strong troubleshooting ability and clear communication skills
- Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites across Tamil Nadu
𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲
- 1–2 years of experience servicing or commissioning robotic arms, CNC machines or automated equipment
- Familiarity with robot programming and teach pendant operation
- Working knowledge of PLC fundamentals and industrial communication protocols
- Freshers with strong technical fundamentals are encouraged to apply

- Candidates must currently reside in Coimbatore or Tirupur
- Candidates must be available to join within 2 weeks of receiving an offer
- Candidates must be willing to be on call and travel to customer sites during emergencies
