Role Description The Project Manager – Retail Store Fit Out (Luxury/Premium Retail Stores) will oversee end-to-end fit out projects for Crepdog Crew’s retail locations, ensuring they meet brand standards, timelines, and budget requirements. This full-time, on-site role based in Saket involves coordinating with designers, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to plan, schedule, and execute store build-outs and refurbishments. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project plans, supervising site work, monitoring quality of construction and finishes, conducting inspections, and resolving on-site issues promptly. The Project Manager will track progress, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, manage logistics for materials and equipment, and prepare regular status reports. The role also requires continuous optimization of processes, risk management, and alignment of store fit outs with the brand’s luxury and premium retail experience.
Working Days : Monday - Saturday
Working Hours : 11am-8pm
Qualifications
Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination for retail fit out projects.
Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely procurement, delivery, and installation of materials and fixtures.
Inspection skills to oversee site work, verify quality standards, and ensure compliance with design specifications and regulations.
Logistics Management skills to coordinate suppliers, manage inventory, and optimize movement of materials to and from the site.
Experience managing luxury or premium retail store build-outs or interior fit out projects.
Strong communication, negotiation, and vendor management abilities.
Proven capability to work on-site, handle multiple projects, and meet strict deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency with project management software and basic MS Office tools.
