Role Description The Performance Marketer for Luxury Fashion Brands is a full-time, on-site role based in Saket. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across digital channels such as search, social, display, and remarketing, with a focus on driving traffic, conversions, and ROAS for luxury sneaker and streetwear lines. The person in this position will manage campaign budgets, monitor performance reports, run A/B tests, and refine audience targeting, creatives, and landing pages. Responsibilities include collaborating with brand, merchandising, and creative teams to align performance strategies with product launches, seasonal drops, and in-store events. The role also requires tracking key metrics, preparing regular performance dashboards, and identifying new growth opportunities in line with Crepdog Crew’s brand positioning.

Working Hours : 11am-8pm
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in digital advertising strategy, including campaign planning, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization.
Candidates should possess paid media execution skills across channels such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant performance platforms.
Candidates should possess analytical skills, including proficiency with tracking tools, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making.
Candidates should possess creative and communication skills for developing compelling ad copy, briefs for visual assets, and clear reporting to stakeholders.
Candidates should possess knowledge of e-commerce and luxury fashion or streetwear marketing, with an understanding of customer behavior and premium brand positioning.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field are beneficial.
Experience in performance marketing for retail or fashion brands, familiarity with attribution models, and comfort working in an on-site, collaborative environment are preferred.
