Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Audit & Accounts Fresher to join our Finance & Accounts team. The candidate will assist in accounting operations, financial documentation, internal audits, and compliance-related activities while gaining hands-on experience in financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Support in maintaining financial records, vouchers, invoices, and ledgers.
Assist in bank reconciliations and account verification processes.
Provide support during internal and external audit activities.
Verify financial documents and ensure proper record maintenance.
Assist in preparing MIS reports and financial statements.
Support in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance-related activities (if applicable).
Coordinate with internal departments for audit and documentation requirements.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
Knowledge of MS Excel, Tally, and accounting software is preferred.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a professional environment.

Freshers are welcome to apply.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field preferred.
Basic internship or academic project experience in accounts/audit will be an added advantage.
