Hiring: Coding Instructor | Remote | Full-Time
Immediate Joiners Only
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Coding Instructor to deliver engaging, interactive online coding classes for children. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to simplify advanced concepts for young learners.
Compensation
Candidates should apply only if comfortable with the following structure:
₹15,000/month during the first 3-month probation period
₹20,000/month after successful completion of probation
OR
₹400 per regular session
₹250 per trial session
₹300 incentive for every successful trial conversion
Whichever is higher.
Work Schedule
11:30 AM – 8:30 PM IST
6 working days per week | 1 weekly off
Availability on Friday, Saturday & Sunday is mandatory
Immediate joining required
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in online coding instruction
Excellent English communication and presentation skills
Strong knowledge of advanced-level coding with AI integration
Proficiency in Python, Roblox, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Scratch, MIT App Inventor, and Code.org
Prior experience teaching children/young learners
Ability to conduct engaging, structured, and interactive online sessions
Key Responsibilities
Conduct live and engaging coding classes for children
Explain technical concepts in a simple and age-appropriate manner
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
Foster creativity, logical thinking, problem-solving, and programming skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Unity, Minecraft Education, AR/VR, 3D Modelling, or teaching international students online will be an added advantage.
