About the Role
ITOrizon is seeking a highly accomplished Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale Supply Chain transformation programs across enterprise customers. The role requires a strong blend of project leadership, business consulting, commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and supply chain domain expertise.
The ideal candidate will have successfully managed complex System Integration (SI) engagements involving ERP, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, and Supply Chain platforms while serving as the single point of accountability for project delivery, profitability, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
· Program & Project Leadership
· Own end-to-end delivery of large, complex transformation programs.
· Manage project scope, deliverables, milestones, budget, risks, dependencies, and governance.
· Drive successful execution from project initiation through go-live and hypercare.
· Establish strong project governance and executive reporting mechanisms.
· Ensure alignment between business objectives, solution architecture, and delivery execution.
Delivery Governance
· Challenge assumptions and proactively drive clarity on business and technical requirements.
· Effectively collaborate with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, Functional Consultants, and Client Leadership.
· Track project health through KPIs, milestones, risks, value realization, and customer outcomes.
· Manage change requests, scope management, and contractual obligations.
Client & Executive Stakeholder Management
· Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.
· Facilitate executive steering committee meetings and governance reviews.
· Bridge the gap between business stakeholders, technology teams, and delivery organizations.
· Drive issue resolution and executive escalations with urgency and accountability.
Commercial & Financial Management
· Own project P&L and delivery margins.
· Track budget utilization, resource costs, and revenue realization.
· Proactively identify margin risks and communicate corrective actions.
· Ensure delivery commitments align with commercial objectives and contract requirements.
Risk & Quality Management
· Establish robust risk mitigation and issue management practices.
· Ensure adherence to quality standards, delivery methodologies, and governance processes.
· Anticipate delivery risks and drive preventive actions before project impact occurs.
Required Experience: Mandatory
· 10-15+ years of overall experience in Project and Program Management.
· Proven experience managing large enterprise System Integration (SI) engagements.
· Strong Supply Chain domain background with exposure to:
o Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
o Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
o Order to Cash (O2C)
o Procure to Pay (P2P)
o ERP Transformations
· Hands-on experience managing Oracle-based transformation programs.
· Strong understanding of Oracle Supply Chain, Warehouse, or ERP solution landscapes.
· Demonstrated experience managing multi-vendor and multi-workstream projects.
· Exceptional stakeholder and executive communication skills.
· Fluent Hindi communication is mandatory.
Preferred Experience
· Experience with Oracle Cloud Applications.
· Exposure to Manhattan Active, Manhattan WMS, Blue Yonder, Oracle WMS, or similar Supply Chain platforms.
· Experience leading multi-million-dollar global transformation programs.
· Prior experience working with Tier-1 / Tier-2 organizations.
· Stable career progression with 3-4 years average tenure in key organizations.
· Educational background from reputed institutions preferred.
