Company Description Lynx and Bear is a Serbia-based creative production studio specializing in CGI, photo, and film production for a wide range of clients and industries. The studio combines artistic vision with technical expertise to create high-quality visual content and storytelling experiences.
We are looking for a Senior Motion Designer to join our team for an upcoming high-profile B2B tech video series (Cybertech software aesthetic).
What you’ll do:
Rebuild and animate complex product UI layouts in 2.5D/3D space (camera fly-throughs, call-outs, interactive highlights).
Animate sleek tech graphics, data nodes, and procedural visual motifs.
Composite 2D/3D motion graphics with AI-generated footage (tracking, match-moving, clean-up).
Work efficiently with master comps and Motion Toolkits in After Effects.
What we’re looking for:
Strong portfolio featuring UI animation, HUD/FUI, or high-end product explainers.
Expert knowledge of After Effects (Cinema 4D / Blender is a big plus).
Great eye for pacing, easing, depth, and clean typography.
Readiness for an immediate start (October–November sprint).
