Role Description The Showroom Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for delivering an engaging and seamless experience for visitors and clients at the showroom. This role involves welcoming and guiding customers through product displays, explaining key features, and coordinating product demonstrations that reflect AFC’s design, sustainability, and workspace solutions. The Showroom Coordinator will manage daily showroom operations, including maintaining visual merchandising standards, ensuring product readiness, and supporting inventory checks and display updates. The role includes collaborating closely with the sales team to support lead generation, preparing basic sales documentation, and facilitating communication between clients and internal stakeholders. The Showroom Coordinator will also handle customer inquiries, schedule appointments, and ensure a professional, inclusive, and service-oriented environment that aligns with AFC’s brand values.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, provide assistance, and ensure a positive showroom experience.
Candidates should possess experience working in Showrooms, including understanding display management, merchandising, and visitor handling.
Candidates should possess basic Sales skills to support lead generation, product presentations, and coordination of sales follow-ups.
Candidates should possess familiarity with Wholesale or B2B environments, especially in furniture, interiors, or related sectors.
Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple visitors, appointments, and daily showroom operations.
Candidates should possess proficiency in common office and communication tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation software) to support reporting and coordination.
Relevant experience in furniture, retail, or interior design showrooms is an advantage; a diploma or degree in business, marketing, design, or a related field is beneficial.
