Role Overview
As a Software Developer at ALXICORN, you'll work hands-on with backend systems, data automation pipelines, and blockchain research projects. You'll collaborate closely with engineers and researchers to design and build scalable, production-grade systems that power real financial and exchange infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and optimize backend services and automation scripts across Python, TypeScript, Golang, and Rust
Build and maintain data collection systems, web scrapers, and API integrations that support real financial infrastructure
Contribute to exchange-related systems including market data feeds, trade tracking, and live analytics
Work on real-time, high-frequency trading systems where performance and precision are critical
Design and improve robotic process automation systems to streamline operational workflows
Conduct deep technical research on blockchain technologies, exchange architectures, and APIs — research is a core part of this role, not an afterthought
Work with time-series databases and structured data to store, process, and analyze system outputs
Debug issues and drive improvements in performance, stability, and system reliability
Collaborate with engineers on system design, architecture decisions, and technical planning
Support blockchain and centralized exchange research, including proof-of-concept development
Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions
Monitor logs and production environments to identify and resolve issues proactively
Maintain daily work logs, task updates, and KPI tracking using internal tools
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong fundamentals in one or more of the following languages: Python, TypeScript, Golang, or Rust
Proven experience working with APIs, web-based systems, and third-party integrations
Solid understanding of data structures, object-oriented programming, and software design principles
Genuine interest in blockchain, cryptocurrency, financial systems, and automation technologies
Strong analytical thinking and the ability to break down and solve complex technical problems
Sound understanding of networking concepts including IP addressing, proxies, and routing
Strong understanding of database optimization and working with time-series or structured data
Sound understanding of event-driven architecture and asynchronous systems
Ability to produce clear technical documentation and communicate system designs effectively
Comfortable working in a remote, KPI-driven environment with a high degree of ownership
A collaborative team player who can also execute independently under pressure and tight deadlines
Highly motivated to learn continuously, absorb feedback, and grow within a fast-moving technical environment
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments
Hands-on exposure to web scraping, automation pipelines, or large-scale data collection systems
Familiarity with version control, containerization, or cloud platforms such as Git, Docker, or equivalent
Exposure to cryptocurrency exchanges, DeFi ecosystems, or centralized exchange infrastructure
Interest in algorithmic trading, high-frequency trading systems, or real-time financial data processing
Interest in robotic process automation or computer vision-based system development
Experience Level
