Holiday Advisor - Fresher

Explera DMC is a B2B Destination Management Company handling travel arrangements across Thailand and other Asian destinations. We work with travel agents, tour operators and international travel partners to provide hotels, transfers, sightseeing, tours, activities and complete ground-handling services.
We are looking for a smart, confident and highly computer-literate fresher to join our Thailand DMC team as a Holiday Advisor.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has excellent English communication skills, professional email-writing ability and strong computer knowledge, and wants to build a career in the international travel industry.
Role Overview
As a Holiday Advisor – Thailand DMC, you will communicate with B2B travel agents and help them prepare and coordinate Thailand holidays.
You will receive travel enquiries, understand the requirements, prepare professional responses, coordinate with the relevant teams and suppliers, and assist in converting enquiries into bookings.
Previous travel industry experience is NOT mandatory.
We are primarily looking for the right attitude, communication skills, computer knowledge and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities1. Email & Partner Communication
Handle professional email communication with travel agents and business partners.
Read and understand travel enquiries accurately.
Draft clear, professional and grammatically correct emails.
Follow up with partners regarding quotations and bookings.
Maintain professional communication on WhatsApp and other business communication platforms.
2. Holiday Enquiries & Quotations
Understand client requirements such as destination, dates, number of passengers, hotel category and sightseeing requirements.
Assist in preparing Thailand holiday itineraries.
Prepare and send quotations using company systems.
Coordinate with the operations and reservations teams for rates and availability.
Make changes to quotations based on partner requirements.
3. Computer & System Work
Work extensively on computers and web-based company systems.
Enter enquiries, quotations and booking information accurately into the CRM.
Use Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for basic calculations and data management.
Work with Gmail / Google Workspace and other business software.
Maintain accurate records and update enquiry status regularly.
4. Follow-up & Sales Support
Follow up on pending quotations.
Maintain regular communication with travel agents.
Assist senior team members in converting enquiries into bookings.
Maintain proper follow-up records in the CRM.
Meet daily response and follow-up targets.

100% computer literacy is essential.
Comfortable working on a computer for the entire working day.
