Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Thiruvananthapuram (Trivandrum). You will drive revenue growth for our premium residential projects in the capital city and help more families find their dream homes with Asset Homes.
Location: Thiruvananthapuram (Kazhakoottam / City branches)
Employment: Full-time
Experience: 3–10+ years in real estate sales (preferably residential apartments/villas).
Reporting to: Zonal Sales Head
Key Responsibilities
Generate & monitor leads to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies, including lead generation, channel partner management, site visits, and closing high-value deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, brokers, corporates, and walk-in customers.
Conduct market analysis, competitor tracking, and pricing strategies tailored to Trivandrum’s premium and mid-segment demand.
Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey — from enquiry to possession.
Monitor CRM/lead management, pipeline health, and team performance with data-driven reviews.
Collaborate with marketing, projects, and customer delight teams for seamless execution.
Represent Asset Homes at events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities in Thiruvananthapuram.
What We’re Looking For
Proven track record of consistently meeting/exceeding sales targets in real estate.
Strong negotiation, communication, and people management skills.
Deep understanding of Kerala’s real estate market, especially Trivandrum.
Passion for customer-centric selling and ethical practices.
Proficiency in AI tools CRM tools, and digital sales channels.
Graduate (MBA/Marketing preferred).
Local candidates from Trivandrum or willing to relocate preferred.
