Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance professional to lead, implement, support, and optimize financial processes within Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials. The candidate should have strong functional expertise in financial modules, configuration, integrations, reporting, and end-to-end implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance implementation, configuration, testing, deployment, production support, and continuous improvement.
Gather business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and translate requirements into functional specifications.
Configure and support General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), and Expenses.
Support Treasury and banking integrations, payment processing, and reconciliation.
Manage enterprise structures, ledgers, legal entities, business units, accounting configurations, approval workflows, and financial controls.
Collaborate with technical, integration, reporting, and business teams to deliver functional solutions.
Work with OTBI, BI Publisher, and Financial Reporting to support business reporting requirements.
Support data migration, conversions, interfaces, and integrations using REST/SOAP services, FBDI, ADFdi, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), as applicable.
Conduct impact assessments for configuration changes, enhancements, integrations, and quarterly Oracle updates.
Perform incident management, root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, and application support.
Plan and support SIT, UAT, regression testing, cutover, go-live, and post-production activities.
Ensure compliance, audit readiness, and adherence to financial controls.
Maintain functional design documents, configuration documents, process flows, test scripts, and training materials.
Mentor junior consultants and drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.
Required Skills
Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.
Hands-on experience with GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Expenses.
Experience in functional configuration, requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design.
Knowledge of financial integrations, data migration, and reporting.
Experience in implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.
Strong stakeholder management and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Technical Knowledge
Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, ADFdi, OTBI, BI Publisher, Financial Reporting, and banking/payment integrations.
Additional Requirements
Overall experience of 10–15 years.
Pan India location flexibility.
