Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Graphic Designer at RollingCans Digital. The role will involve working onsite in New Delhi, with flexibility for some remote work.

We need a graphic designer with video skills who can bring ideas to life!
Role
● Ideating and converting a brief into a communicative piece of creative.
● A good team player who loves to do things which are out of the box.
● Someone who would help us to develop WOW brand communication for our clients and has understanding of the various forms of digital & conventional mediums and weave campaigns around them.
● Take ownership of projects and help the team to deliver as per the expectations of the organization and the client.
● Thinking creatively to generate communication at its best.
● Ability to tell a story through visuals and communication.
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or any relevant field
● A fresher would be welcomed the same way as a person with experience
Technical skills
● Design principles: A creative graphic designer who would know how to bring elements together, like color, imagery, and text, to convey a message.
● Ideation: Someone who can generate and develop new ideas that align with our client’s needs.
● Designing for different media: Should be familiar with different types of digital and print media.
Design software: Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (or ACA certification), specifically InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, CoralDraw, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Auditions, Beautiful.ai, Visme, Microsoft Designer, Design.ai, Adobe Firefly and Copilot, MS-Office (Words/PPT/Excel), & Adobe Creative Cloud
Adobe Illustrator and 3D max would be an added advantage
Qualifications
Graphics, Graphic Design, and Typography skills
Experience in logo design and branding
Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in graphic design software tools
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
Experience with multimedia content creation is a plus
Basic knowledge of augmented reality, virtual reality, and 3D experiences is beneficial
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
Experience: 1 to 2 years
