Role Description The Fresar role is a full-time position responsible for operating and managing milling machines and related equipment in a hybrid work arrangement based in Lucknow, with some work-from-home tasks such as planning, documentation, and client communication. Day-to-day activities include setting up machines, interpreting technical drawings, selecting appropriate tools, and performing precise milling operations to meet specifications. The role also involves inspecting finished parts, making adjustments to ensure quality, maintaining equipment, and following safety protocols. The Fresar will coordinate directly with clients or partners to understand requirements, plan production schedules, and document work performed. Administrative tasks may include tracking materials, recording measurements, preparing basic reports, and organizing future projects.
Qualifications
Ability to operate milling machines or similar equipment, including setup, adjustment, and basic maintenance.
