About the role
Description supplied by the original job listing.
As a Senior Performance & Strategy Specialist, you will sit at the center of Foodora Norway’s growth engine. Connecting data, people, and decision-making, you will lead high-impact initiatives, translate strategic vision into execution, and keep our teams focused on what moves the needle most.
In short: Turn strategy into impact—drive change, align priorities, and fuel our growth.
What you will do
As a Senior Performance & Strategy Specialist, your areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:
Drive strategic impact: Shape and execute key initiatives that boost top-line growth, cost efficiency, and long-term organizational goals, taking full accountability for measurable outcomes.
Lead end-to-end delivery: Own workstreams from framing and deep-dive analysis through to hands-on execution, converting operational and financial data into executive-level recommendations.
Bridge & align stakeholders: Partner closely with Commercial, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and group-level (Delivery Hero/Pandora) teams to challenge assumptions and align on business priorities.
Solve problems proactively: Combine quantitative data with qualitative insights to unblock bottlenecks, navigate ambiguity, and keep high-priority projects moving forward.
Enable decision-making: Own recurring and ad-hoc strategic reporting to keep the Managing Director Office and executive leadership aligned on business performance.
You bring 3–5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, bizops, investment banking, or high-growth tech.
A pragmatic executor with end-to-end project management skills, you turn complex models into real-world business impact.
You are a concise communicator who presents confidently to senior stakeholders, and a self-directed problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.
You have exceptional analytical horsepower—fluent in financial modeling, unit economics, and commercial KPI analysis in Excel/Google Sheets (SQL or BI tools are a plus, but knowing how to leverage AI efficiently is even better). Professional fluency in written and spoken English is required.
