Monitor contractor manpower, material availability, equipment delivery, installation productivity and critical-path constraints.
Coordinate civil foundations, equipment access, lifting, cable routes, control rooms, auxiliary systems and MEP interfaces.
Ensure construction deviations and field changes are formally reviewed and incorporated into approved records.
Protection, Metering and Controls
Coordinate protection relays, control panels, interlocks, synchronization, revenue metering, SCADA and communication interfaces.
Review relay-setting inputs, CT/PT requirements, trip schemes, permissives and interface signals.
Coordinate utility and facility protection studies, selectivity, short-circuit and earthing requirements.
Ensure alarms, status points, controls and metering are integrated with approved monitoring platforms.
Testing, Energization and Commissioning
Develop and coordinate system readiness, test packs, switching plans, permits, LOTO boundaries and energization procedures.
Witness cable tests, transformer tests, switchgear tests, protection tests, relay injection, interlock checks, grounding tests and functional tests.
Coordinate utility inspections, statutory approvals, charging authorization and staged energization.
Support failure-mode testing, load transfer, generator or facility interface tests and Integrated Systems Testing.
Drive closure of defects, failed tests, punch items and documentation gaps before handover.
Handover and Operational Readiness
Coordinate as-built drawings, test certificates, relay settings, approved operating philosophy, SOPs, MOPs, EOPs, spare parts and warranties.
Support operator training, switching authorization and emergency-response drills.
Transfer utility contacts, escalation routes, maintenance obligations and open risks to Operations.
Support early-life stabilization and investigation of power-quality or protection events.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant engineering, procurement, administration or technical discipline.
7-10 years of overall professional experience.
5-7 years of directly relevant experience in 11 kV, 33 kV and 220 kV Power Systems.

Hands-on execution or commissioning experience with 11 kV, 33 kV and 220 kV systems.
Strong understanding of substations, transformers, GIS/AIS, switchgear, protection, metering, grounding and power cables.
Ability to read and challenge single-line diagrams, protection schemes, layouts and test procedures.
Experience coordinating utilities, statutory authorities, EPC contractors and OEMs.
Knowledge of safe energization, switching, permits and LOTO.
Preferred Experience
Data center, semiconductor, industrial campus or other mission-critical facility experience.
