Senior Graphic Designer | Prime Video | 6-Month Contract
Location: Bangalore – Work from Office
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Shift: Rotational Shifts (Cab facility will be provided)

The creative teams supporting Prime Video work on high-visibility campaigns and Key Art that help bring titles to life for millions of viewers.
The Motion Story is hiring a Senior Graphic Designer to work with the Prime Video creative team.
This is a hands-on creative role for someone with strong expertise in Key Art, campaign design, visual storytelling, Photoshop, composition, typography and entertainment-led creative development.
The ideal candidate should be able to translate briefs into compelling visual concepts, independently create high-quality campaign work, and guide designers through the creative process.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead creative development for Key Art and campaign design across entertainment and sports titles
- Create high-quality visual concepts, campaign creatives and key visuals from brief to final execution
- Develop strong compositions using talent imagery, typography, photo manipulation and visual storytelling
- Work hands-on in Photoshop, Illustrator and other Adobe Creative Suite tools
- Translate campaign objectives into compelling creative directions
- Guide and review the work of designers, providing clear creative feedback
- Maintain high design quality and consistency across multiple campaign touchpoints
- Collaborate with Creative Directors, project teams and stakeholders on campaign execution
- Adapt approved Key Art across digital, social, OOH and other campaign formats
- Manage multiple creative projects while maintaining timelines and quality
- Present concepts and creative recommendations clearly to internal stakeholders
Who We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Art Direction or Creative Design
- Strong portfolio showcasing Key Art, campaign creatives, movie posters, entertainment design or high-impact visual communication
- Advanced expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Strong understanding of composition, typography, photo manipulation, retouching and visual hierarchy
- Strong conceptual thinking and visual storytelling ability
- Experience leading or mentoring designers and reviewing creative work
- Ability to take ownership of projects from concept through final delivery
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and rotational shifts
- Portfolio should demonstrate real hands-on design capability; AI-generated portfolios alone will not be considered
Preferred Experience
- Movie poster / Key Art / entertainment campaign design
- OTT, film, sports or media-industry experience
- Prime Video / streaming / entertainment marketing experience
- Talent-led compositions and cinematic background development
- Campaign extensions across multiple formats and markets
