Act as a principal point of coordination for site management and security personnel in the absence of the Site Security Manager.
Support training, certification and maintenance of training records for security personnel.
Monitor adherence to security policies, Standard Operating Procedures and client requirements.
Support scheduling, recurring operational tasks, equipment inspections, audit readiness and compliance governance.
Conduct recurring audits and maintain complete, accurate and auditable security documentation.
Prepare and submit critical, confidential and client-facing reports.
Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, vendors and supporting branch functions.
Monitor the completion of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and half-yearly deliverables.
Identify operational or security shortfalls and recommend appropriate corrective measures.
Support performance management, counselling, coaching and development of security personnel under the direction of site leadership.
Maintain professional composure and exercise sound judgement during emergencies, operational disruptions and other time-sensitive situations.
Support security operations in functional roles, whenever operationally necessary and appropriately trained or certified.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest standards of integrity and discretion
