Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Manager role based in Noida. The Digital Marketing Manager will plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns to grow the show’s brand visibility, audience engagement, and participation across online platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media channels, coordinating content calendars, running paid and organic campaigns, tracking performance through web analytics, and optimizing lead-generation funnels. The role involves working closely with creative, production, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging, timely promotion of episodes and events, and data-driven campaign improvements. The Digital Marketing Manager will also monitor trends, experiment with new formats, and report on key metrics to support strategic decisions.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing, with experience designing and managing multi-channel campaigns.
Strong proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including content scheduling, audience engagement, and platform-specific best practices.
Experience in Lead Generation, developing and optimizing funnels, and using campaigns to drive sign-ups, participation, or viewership.
Ability to use Web Analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
Solid understanding of brand positioning, audience segmentation, and campaign planning in media or entertainment sectors (preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across creative, production, and business teams.
Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments with tight timelines, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
Experience with paid ads platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) and marketing automation or CRM tools is an advantage.
