Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Frontend Developer role based in Noida. The Frontend Developer will build and maintain user-facing web interfaces that support IFI’s digital presence, including show-related platforms, landing pages, and interactive experiences. Responsibilities include translating UI/UX designs into responsive web pages, optimizing performance across devices and browsers, and ensuring a seamless, engaging experience for viewers and participants. The role involves collaborating closely with designers, back-end developers, and content teams, integrating APIs, troubleshooting issues, and continuously improving front-end code quality and usability. The developer will also contribute to planning and implementing new features aligned with show launches, campaigns, and audience engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development skills, including proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular).
Candidates should possess expertise in Responsive Web Design and modern UI/UX principles, ensuring optimal performance and accessibility across devices and browsers.
Candidates should possess solid Web Development foundations, including version control (e.g., Git), cross-browser compatibility, and basic SEO-friendly front-end practices.
Candidates should possess experience in Software Development workflows, such as agile methodologies, testing, debugging, and code review processes.
Candidates should possess familiarity with Back-End Web Development concepts and RESTful APIs to effectively integrate front-end interfaces with server-side systems.
Additional beneficial qualifications include experience with build tools (Webpack, Vite, or similar), CSS preprocessors (Sass/LESS), and performance optimization techniques.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, media and entertainment-focused environment.
