🎯 We’re Hiring: Designer cum Merchandiser
Samshék Fashion Pvt. Ltd. is a tech-driven fashion startup focused on made-to-order women’s clothing across all sizes, powered by digital manufacturing and working towards a zero-waste supply chain.
We’re looking for a Designer cum Merchandiser to join our B2B team.
🔹 Key Requirements
• Strong experience in Tech Pack Creation (Mandatory)
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW & Photoshop
• Good understanding of garment construction, pattern making & sampling
• Knowledge of fabric sourcing, trims & US sizing standards
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Analyze buyer samples/photos and develop detailed tech packs
• Manage TNA (Time & Action Plan) and sampling timelines
• Coordinate fabric and trims sourcing
• Work closely with pattern masters and sampling teams for sample development
• Handle fit sample corrections and final sample approvals
• Maintain sampling documentation and production files
• Coordinate sample dispatch and shipment tracking
🔹 Eligibility
• Diploma / Degree in Fashion Technology or Textile Technology
• 2+ years of experience in merchandising, sampling, or garment development
• 6 days working week
📍 Location: Noida
