The AI Automation Analyst will gain hands-on experience with emerging technologies, exposure to real
business challenges, and the opportunity to help design AI-enabled solutions that improve productivity,
decision-making, and operational efficiency. You will learn from experienced professionals, work on practical
use cases, and develop future-ready skills in automation, generative AI, and agentic workflows. Through
rotational assignments, you will:
Work on real business projects that use AI and automation to deliver meaningful impact
Gain exposure to global construction, asset management, digital transformation, and emerging
technology practices
Collaborate with diverse teams, business users, technical specialists, and cross-functional
stakeholders
Learn from experienced leaders and experts who are committed to your growth
Design, develop, and improve AI-powered applications and workflows using Large Language Models
(LLMs), generative AI technologies, and automation tools
Work Requirements
Demonstrate a strong learning mindset for technology, AI, automation, and continuous innovation
Apply excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to understand business challenges and develop practical solutions
Manage priorities effectively and work independently with minimal supervision
Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with business users, technical teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
Approach problems with curiosity, ownership, and a bias toward execution
Translate business needs and objectives into clear automation opportunities, user requirements,
and practical AI-enabled solutions
Convert complex, repeatable business processes into efficient AI-supported workflows
Build, maintain, and improve prompt libraries, prompt evaluation frameworks, and best practices to enhance AI accuracy, consistency, and user adoption
Support the development and prioritization of agentic AI use cases aligned with business value and operational impact
Apply software engineering, machine learning, data engineering, or applied AI knowledge to suppor solution design and implementation
Use Python and/or JavaScript to support AI integrations, automation workflows, and application
development
Use modern AI tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms, to improve productivity and solution delivery
Qualification
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, DataScience, or a related science or technology field
Minimum of First Class or Second-Class Upper Division from an accredited university
Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program
0–4 years of relevant work experience
