This program offers hands-on exposure to real construction and asset management projects. As a Premier
Construction Estimator, you will begin a structured learning journey designed to help you build a strong
foundation in construction estimating, project delivery, and commercial decision-making. Estimator is
expected to support core estimating activities, prepare and interpret cost information, and contribute
confidently to project planning and delivery. Through rotational assignments, you will:
- Contribute to real business projects that create meaningful value
- Gain exposure to global construction, estimating, and asset management practices
- Collaborate with diverse teams, experienced professionals, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Build practical experience in a fast-paced, innovative, and supportive environment
- Learn from leaders and experts who are invested in your growth and success
Work Requirements
- Demonstrate a strong learning mindset and genuine interest in construction, estimating, and
technology-driven innovation
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support accurate estimating and project
decision-making
- Manage priorities effectively and work independently with minimal supervision
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Assist in reviewing proposals, architectural drawings, and project documentation
- Perform accurate quantity take-offs, prepare estimate documentation, support material pricing, and
manage bid invitations
- Identify errors, scope gaps, exclusions, and inconsistencies in drawings
- Use Microsoft Office tools effectively to support estimating
Qualification
- HND or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a closely
related field
- Minimum of First Class, Second-Class Upper Division, or Distinction
- Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program
- 0–3 years of relevant work experience
