We're looking for a Planning Analytics (TM1) Applications & Platform Owner role based in Barcelona, Spain (hybrid, 2 days on site). It’s a Contract to Hire position with an ASAP start, owning both platform architecture and the applications hosted on it, working closely with Finance and business directors.

Work model: Hybrid (minimum 2 days per week on-site).
🗣️ Language: Professional advanced English required, 100% English-speaking work environment.
What we're looking for
10+ years of hands-on experience in IBM Planning Analytics (TM1).
Developer profile with solid architecture knowledge.
Proven platform and application ownership.
Strong communication skills and experience working with business directors.
Experience leading or coordinating technical teams.
What you'll do
Define and maintain the technical architecture of the PA platform.
Plan and run upgrades, patching, versioning and disaster recovery tests.
Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Handle capacity planning, monitoring and KPIs.
Ensure compliance with quality, security and audit standards.
Manage vendors (infrastructure, licensing, platform services).
Build and enhance the PA license reporting tool (Power BI or similar).
Applications
Act as Application Owner, bridging Product Owner, Support Team and business.
Oversee day-to-day operations: audits, data quality, MDM coordination.
Lead incident management for critical or aged items.
Perform admin tasks: environments and cubes, backup/restore, calculation scripts, security roles.
Drive continuous improvement and manage the application lifecycle.
Translate Finance and business needs into technical solutions, and document everything.
