AI Full Stack Developer – Adaptive Interview MVP

Join a project to develop a mobile-first MVP web application designed for a personal-training assessment journey. The platform will guide users through a 5–7 minute adaptive interview, incorporating voice recording and speech-to-text capabilities, and deliver a personalized digital results experience. The application will leverage the OpenAI API to dynamically select follow-up questions, analyze user responses, and generate tailored recommendations, visualizations, and downloadable PDF reports. The system must securely store user data, integrate with a CRM, and automate email follow-ups, booking triggers, sales notifications, and a 7-day follow-up questionnaire. All interview content, decision trees, diagnostic rules, and visual direction will be provided to ensure a streamlined development process.
Deliverables
Develop a responsive web application using Next.js/React, Supabase, OpenAI API, and Make.com or similar automation tools
Implement an adaptive interview flow with approximately 12 core questions and up to 4 conditional follow-ups
Integrate voice recording and speech-to-text functionality for user responses
Analyze responses to distinguish statements, hypotheses, and uncertainties, and generate personalized recommendations and visualizations
Create an engaging results page and reusable PDF report templates
Ensure secure data storage and seamless CRM integration
Configure automated email follow-ups, booking triggers, sales notifications, and a 7-day follow-up questionnaire
Deliver comprehensive testing, deployment, and clear technical documentation
Requirements
Proven experience building full-stack web applications with Next.js/React and Supabase
Strong proficiency in integrating OpenAI API for dynamic content generation and analysis
Familiarity with automation tools such as Make.com or similar platforms
Experience with voice recording and speech-to-text integration in web applications
Ability to design responsive, user-friendly interfaces and generate dynamic PDF reports
Knowledge of secure data storage practices and CRM integration
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to deliver clear documentation and support deployment
