Deputy Manager - Maintenance

We're hiring a Maintenance Operations Engineer to join our manufacturing team and help us optimize equipment reliability and operational efficiency. If you're passionate about solving technical challenges and driving continuous improvement in a dynamic plant environment, we want to hear from you.
What will you do?
Coordinate maintenance activities including inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
Manage spare parts inventory to ensure maintenance readiness and support uninterrupted operations
Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and optimize production methods
What are the key skills we are looking for?
Problem Solving — advanced level; diagnosing equipment issues and implementing effective solutions quickly
Manufacturing Operational Performance — intermediate level; monitoring metrics to ensure equipment reliability and uptime
Manufacturing Process Optimization — intermediate level; identifying inefficiencies and driving process improvements
Operational Health and Safety Management — intermediate level; ensuring compliance with safety standards during maintenance activities
Total Productive Maintenance — intermediate level; implementing preventive maintenance schedules to reduce breakdowns
Continuous Improvement — intermediate level; using data insights to enhance maintenance strategies
Lean Methodology — developing level; applying lean principles to streamline maintenance workflows
Automation Integration — developing level; supporting integration of automated systems into maintenance processes
