Job Description
As a Custom Software Engineer, your typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications.
You will work within dynamic environments, applying modern development frameworks and agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements.
Collaboration and continuous enhancement of software functionalities are key aspects of your daily activities, contributing to the overall success of the projects you engage with.
Roles & Responsibilities
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
Professional & Technical Skills
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
Experience with financial accounting processes and integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance tuning of custom software components.
Additional Information
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
This position is based at our Noida location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
