Develop, configure, integrate, and debug AUTOSAR Classic BSW and embedded software using C/C++.
Analyze requirements and contribute to software architecture, detailed design, implementation, and integration.
Work on automotive diagnostics, communication stacks, and fault management modules.
Optimize software performance and memory usage on microcontroller-based embedded systems.
Define and maintain software architecture, design documents, interfaces, and reusable software solutions.
Participate in technical reviews, assess risks and changes, and ensure compliance with automotive software quality standards.
Apply ASPICE, MISRA, and relevant functional safety practices; support software testing and quality assessments.
Collaborate with global teams and automotive customers, providing technical guidance and mentoring where appropriate.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Hands-on experience in embedded software development using C/C++.
Good knowledge of embedded systems, microcontrollers, RTOS, and AUTOSAR Classic.
Familiarity with BSW, diagnostics (DEM/DCM), CAN/LIN, UDS, and automotive development tools such as CANoe or CANalyzer.
Understanding of software architecture, design principles, requirements traceability, and software quality processes.
Good knowledge of ASPICE and familiarity with MISRA and ISO 26262.
Good English communication skills and the ability to work effectively with international teams.
Additional requirements for senior/architect candidates:
5+ years of experience in automotive software architecture or a closely related technical leadership role.
Experience with architecture definition, technical decision-making, ASPICE assessments, and stakeholder management.
Nice to Have
Experience with ADAS ECUs, radar, camera, sensor fusion, or steering/braking systems.
Knowledge of automotive cybersecurity, SOTIF, multicore systems, and architecture tools such as IBM DOORS.
iSAQB certification.
