**Core Responsibilities:**
Develop and implement GenAI solutions tailored to business requirements
Design, train, and fine-tune machine learning models using industry best practices
Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and comprehensive model evaluation
Fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) using advanced techniques such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
Build and optimize RAG pipelines using Azure-native tools, implementing semantic search and chunking strategies
Integrate vector storage solutions (Azure AI Search, Pinecone, Milvus) for efficient data retrieval
Orchestrate AI workflows using Prompt Flow and Azure OpenAI Service (GPT-4o and related models) via Python SDKs
Apply prompt engineering techniques to enhance model performance and user experience
Collaborate with software development teams to seamlessly integrate AI models into user-facing applications
Leverage Python and ML libraries (Hugging Face, Scikit-learn, LangChain) to build scalable solutions
