Key Responsibilities
Translate client briefs and strategic insights into compelling, insight-driven creative concepts and campaign narratives.
Develop high-impact copy across Digital, Social Media, Print, OOH, Radio, TVCs, Brand Films, AV Scripts, Websites, Brochures, Presentations, and other marketing collateral.
Create powerful campaign themes, taglines, messaging frameworks, brand tonality, and storytelling that align with communication objectives.
Ensure consistency of messaging and brand voice across all consumer touchpoints and media platforms.
Translate strategic briefs into impactful creative concepts
Craft brand tonality, taglines, and campaign hooks
Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Designers, Strategists, Account Management, and Production teams to deliver cohesive and award-worthy campaigns.
Present creative concepts confidently to internal stakeholders and clients, incorporating feedback while maintaining creative integrity.
Stay updated with emerging advertising trends, cultural insights, digital innovations, and government communication initiatives to produce relevant and impactful campaigns.
Required Skills
7+ years of experience as a Content Writer/Copywriter in an advertising or integrated creative agency.
Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign-led thinking across Digital, Print, OOH, Brand Films, AV Scripts, Radio, Social Media, and integrated marketing campaigns.
Proven experience conceptualizing and writing for large-scale integrated campaigns rather than platform-specific content alone.
Exceptional copywriting, storytelling, editing, and proofreading skills with impeccable command of English (Hindi writing proficiency is an added advantage).
Experience handling Government Ministries, PSUs, public sector campaigns, or large corporate brands will be highly preferred.
Experience managing/leading a team.
Strong understanding of branding, consumer behavior, communication strategy, and content marketing principles.
Proficiency in working within fast-paced agency environments while managing multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.
