Own IMS network capacity planning and performance management activities.
Perform traffic forecasting, network dimensioning, and capacity assessments for IMS platforms.
Analyze BHCA/BHCC trends and develop capacity models aligned with expected traffic growth.
Monitor, analyze, and report IMS performance KPIs and service-quality indicators.
Identify performance bottlenecks, capacity risks, and network constraints.
Recommend capacity expansion and performance optimization actions based on trend analysis.
Conduct proactive performance analysis to reduce the risk of service degradation.
Collaborate with planning, engineering, and operations teams on network growth and transformation initiatives.
Prepare dashboards, reports, and technical recommendations for relevant stakeholders.
Support investigation and resolution of performance-related network issues.
Required Skills and Experience
7-11 years of relevant experience in telecommunications or IMS network performance.
Strong experience in IMS capacity planning and performance management.
Hands-on expertise in traffic forecasting and network dimensioning.
Practical knowledge of BHCA/BHCC analysis and capacity modelling.
Experience in IMS KPI monitoring, trend analysis, and performance reporting.
Ability to identify bottlenecks, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend optimization actions.
Good understanding of IMS architecture and core network performance concepts.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
