Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end capacity planning and performance analysis for IMS and PSTN voice networks.
Analyze voice traffic patterns, utilization trends, and network growth requirements.
Perform BHCA/BHCC analysis and forecast future voice traffic demand.
Assess IMS session capacity and identify potential capacity constraints.
Conduct gateway and trunk dimensioning for voice-network elements.
Monitor performance KPIs across IMS, PSTN, TDM, gateways, and interconnection links.
Identify network bottlenecks, congestion risks, and capacity shortfalls.
Recommend capacity expansion, load balancing, and network optimization actions.
Develop capacity models based on traffic forecasts and expected network growth.
Support performance troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for voice-service issues.
Prepare capacity reports, performance dashboards, and technical recommendations.
Collaborate with planning, engineering, operations, and implementation teams.
Required Skills and Experience
7-11 years of relevant experience in telecom voice-network performance or capacity planning.
Strong experience in IMS and PSTN network performance management.
Expertise in voice traffic analysis and capacity forecasting.
Hands-on knowledge of BHCA/BHCC analysis.
Experience with IMS session-capacity planning and dimensioning.
Good understanding of PSTN and TDM voice-network architecture.
Experience in gateway, trunk, and interconnection dimensioning.
Strong knowledge of voice-network KPIs and performance monitoring.
Ability to identify capacity risks, bottlenecks, and network constraints.
Experience in capacity expansion and performance optimization planning.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
