Job description
FocusRealm is looking for a well-spoken, trustworthy and highly responsible Company Coordinator who can dedicate their full attention to the company. This role is ideal for someone currently on a gap year, between jobs, or otherwise available full-time.
Duration: 6 months
Compensation: Unpaid
Reports to: Founder & CEO
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Manage and attend meetings with clients, partners, vendors and other stakeholders.
Handle scheduling, follow-ups, communication and action items.
Support the Founder with day-to-day company coordination and execution.
Conduct research and assist with business development and strategic projects.
Maintain trackers, databases and ensure tasks are followed through to completion.
Who We're Looking For
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Trustworthy, professional and comfortable representing the company.
Highly organized with strong follow-up skills.
Able to handle conversations and meetings with senior stakeholders.
Proactive and capable of working independently.
Available to dedicate their full attention to FocusRealm for the 6-month period.
