Role Description The Wealth Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Siliguri. The Wealth Manager will engage with clients to understand their financial goals, risk profiles, and investment preferences, and design tailored wealth management plans. Daily responsibilities include advising on investment products, monitoring portfolio performance, conducting periodic reviews, and recommending rebalancing strategies in line with market conditions and client objectives. The role involves explaining complex financial concepts in clear terms, ensuring regulatory and compliance requirements are met, and maintaining accurate client records and reports. The Wealth Manager will collaborate with internal research and product teams, participate in client acquisition and retention activities, and provide ongoing service to build long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Financial Planning, including goal-based planning, risk assessment, and asset allocation.
Proficiency in Investment Management and Investments, with the ability to construct and manage diversified portfolios across products such as mutual funds, equities, and fixed income.
Solid understanding of Finance principles, capital markets, and regulatory frameworks relevant to wealth management.
Knowledge of Insurance solutions and their role in protection and long-term financial planning.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA, NISM) are an advantage.
Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities, with strong client-facing and communication skills.
Ability to work ethically and compliantly, manage multiple client relationships, and meet performance and service targets.
Prior experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or related financial services roles is preferred.
