Job Description
4+ years of experience building and operating backend systems in production
Strong proficiency in Python (or a similar backend language) and backend engineering
fundamentals
Experience designing and building REST APIs and service-oriented systems
Solid understanding of system design, API design, and data modeling
Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and performance considerations
Hands-on experience debugging complex production issues
Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and deployment workflows
Ability to work with ambiguous problem statements and drive them to clear technical
execution
Strong ownership mindset and high engineering judgment
