Technical Project Lead - Alteryx, Fabric
Kraków / Warszawa - hybrid or fully remote from anywhere in Poland
We are looking for an experienced Alteryx & Microsoft Fabric Platform Manager to lead the development of a new Data Migration Factory within a global One ERP transformation programme.
The Factory will support migration to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) using Alteryx and Microsoft Fabric to deliver a scalable, standardised approach.
The role
You will help shape the Factory’s platform, processes and standards, working with international Data Migration, ERP, Data and Architecture teams across the end-to-end migration lifecycle:
Extraction → Transformation → Validation → Loading
Key responsibilities
Own and evolve the Data Migration Factory using Alteryx and Microsoft Fabric.
Lead platform implementation across D365 F&O migration projects.
Establish standardised ETL processes and reusable migration workflows.
Guide Data Migration Specialists transitioning from SQL and Power Query.
Provide technical leadership on data migration, architecture and governance.
Ensure data quality through profiling, cleansing, validation and reconciliation.
Work with global stakeholders to drive adoption and continuous improvement
What you bring
Strong hands-on Alteryx experience, ideally Alteryx Designer.
Practical Microsoft Fabric and/or Azure experience.
Strong ETL/ELT, SQL and data transformation skills.
Experience delivering data migration projects, ideally in an ERP environment.
D365 F&O / Dynamics AX, DMF and Data Entities experience is highly desirable.
Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
