Responsibilities
Lead development of next-generation battery technologies and cell architectures.
Evaluate advanced cathode, anode, electrolyte, separator, and binder materials.
Drive innovation in high-energy-density and high-power battery cells.
Lead research on solid-state batteries, sodium-ion batteries, silicon-anode, and next-generation chemistries.
Establish technology roadmaps aligned with business and market requirements.
Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrochemistry, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
M.Tech/MS/PhD in Battery Technology, Electrochemistry, Energy Storage, or Materials Science preferred.
