Responsibilities
Lead development of lithium-ion battery cells for EV and BESS applications.
Define cell architecture, chemistry selection, and performance targets.
Optimize cathode, anode, electrolyte, separator, and cell configuration.
Drive cell design improvements to enhance energy density, cycle life, safety, and cost competitiveness.
Evaluate emerging battery technologies and next-generation chemistries.
Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Chemical Engineering, Electrochemistry, Materials Science, Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines.
PhD in Electrochemistry or Battery Technology is preferred.
