Role Description The Senior Sales Associate – Real Estate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The individual in this role will manage end-to-end real estate sales activities, including prospecting, lead qualification, property presentations, and closing transactions with clients. Responsibilities include conducting property visits, explaining project details and pricing, negotiating terms, and ensuring a smooth documentation and booking process. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with clients and builders, providing brokerage-free consultation, and offering consistent, high-quality customer service before and after sales. The Senior Sales Associate will also track market trends, contribute to sales strategies, and collaborate with the internal team to meet and exceed sales targets while upholding the company’s values of integrity and transparency.
Qualifications
Strong real estate domain knowledge, including Real Estate and Real Property, with practical experience in residential or commercial property sales.
Demonstrated sales capabilities, with proven experience in Sales within the real estate sector and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Commitment to exceptional Customer Service, with the ability to build trust, maintain long-term client relationships, and provide clear, transparent guidance.
Relevant Real Estate License or eligibility to obtain one as per local regulations, along with familiarity with real estate laws and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with proficiency in English and local languages preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage field activities, and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, marketing, or a related field is preferred; substantial relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
Strong ethical standards, professionalism, and alignment with STBG’s mission of innovation, transparency, and national development.
