Position: Sales Associate /Real Estate Consultant/Property Consultant / Property Advisor (Real Estate Channelpartner only)
About the Role STBG Innovations is looking for experienced and self-driven Real Estate Sales Professionals . The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in the East Bangalore and real estate channel partner segment.

Preferred only Bangalore candidate Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end sales closing for real estate projects.
Manage and convert qualified leads provided through company campaigns.
Conduct site visits, understand customer requirements, and drive conversions.Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.
Achieve individual sales and revenue targets.
Follow a structured, process-oriented sales approach.
Work independently with strong self-discipline and ownership.
Requirements
Experience in Sales only -Real estate sales/ Insurance sales / Hotel Industry sales / Edutech Industry sales.
Expereince require only in East bangalore- sarjapur road whitefeild Road only
Excellent communication, Presentation and negotiations skills
Preferred only Bangalore candidates
Eligibility criteria At least 2 years experience in any sales East Bangalore only (Sarjapura Road to Whitefield Road).
Excellent Communications and Presentations Skills.
Excellent Market Knowledge
Requirements 2-Wheleer with valid driving license and Laptop.

Compensation details : Salary - 5-10 LPA IN HAND Per Annum based on Experience
Incentives - 10 lakhs -30 lakhs
