Role Description The Team Leader Real Estate role at STBG HOMES is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru East. The person in this role will lead a sales team, oversee day-to-day real estate operations, and ensure that sales targets and customer service standards are consistently met. Key responsibilities include mentoring and supervising team members, coordinating property visits, managing client meetings, and guiding clients through the entire transaction process from inquiry to closing. The Team Leader will also collaborate with A-grade builders and internal stakeholders, monitor market trends, prepare regular performance reports, and maintain accurate documentation. This role requires active participation in local marketing initiatives, networking events, and community outreach to strengthen the STBG HOMES brand and generate new business opportunities.
Qualifications
Strong real estate sales and client relationship management skills, with experience in residential or commercial property transactions.
Demonstrated team leadership and people management skills, including mentoring, performance tracking, and conflict resolution.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clients.
Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including pipeline management, reporting, and documentation accuracy.
Working knowledge of local Bengaluru East real estate markets, regulatory requirements, and property documentation processes.
Comfort with using digital tools and basic CRM or lead management systems to track prospects and sales activities.
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, real estate, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Prior experience in a real estate team lead or senior sales role is preferred; familiarity with channel partner models is an advantage.
