The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in the East Bangalore and real estate channel partner segment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end sales closing for real estate projects.
Manage and convert qualified leads provided through company campaigns.
Conduct site visits, understand customer requirements, and drive conversions.Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.
Achieve team sales and revenue targets.
Follow a structured, process-oriented sales approach.Work independently with strong self-discipline and ownership.
Handle the Team, provide training to new joinee.Constructive progressive Pipelines.
Requirements
2+years experience as a Team leader in Real Estate CP firm.
Expereeince require only East zone bangalore
Exp Team handling 5+ members
Excellent communication, Presentation and negotiations skills
Eligibility criteria
At least 2 years experience in Real estate sales East Bangalore only (Sarjapura to Whitefield).Excellent Communications and Presentations Skills.Excellent Market Knowledge

2-Wheleer with valid driving license and Laptop
Immediate joiner/ Max 15 days Notice period
