Sr US Accounting Associate

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior US Accountant. Responsibilities include managing accounting operations, preparing financial statements, maintaining ledgers, ensuring US GAAP compliance, and handling financial reporting & analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations and full-cycle bookkeeping
Oversee month-end and quarter-end close processes and prepare working papers
Prepare and analyse financial statements accurately
Support internal and external audits effectively
Handle accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and maintain client communication
Ensure compliance with US GAAP and accounting policies
Qualifications & Skills:
4+ years of accounting experience (experience with US clients preferred)
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Familiarity with accounting software like Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage (preferred)
Strong understanding of US GAAP and accrual accounting principles
Experience in reconciliations, payroll, and financial reporting.
Shift time - 5:30 PM - 2:30 AM (Night Shift)
Work Schedule - Monday to Friday
