Group Travel Sales Consultant - Luxury

Build our Groups division from the ground up, with a clear path to Sales Manager as it grows. You'll own group sales for our B2B travel agency partners and shape the systems and process yourself. Our Business Development team brings in new travel agency partners and opportunities, and you close the sale.
Compensation: base OR commission compensation structure with high earning potential.
What you'll do:
• Lead group sales from quote to travel for B2B clients
• Negotiate supplier contracts, net rates, and group concessions
• Work with our tech team to fix gaps and streamline group booking
• Build lasting relationships with travel advisors and industry partners
What you bring:
• 3–5 years selling group travel in the B2B travel industry
• Strong knowledge of the luxury market and agency dynamics
• A self-starter mindset, comfortable building without a playbook
