The Opportunity
If you are looking for a finance role where your work goes beyond reporting and directly influences business decisions, this is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact. As a Senior Financial Analyst, Practice Business Partner, you will act as a trusted financial partner to practice managers and regional and senior operations leaders, translating data into insights that help improve performance, strengthen efficiency, and support growth across Dentalcorp’s national network. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift, relationships matter, and your work has a direct impact on both practice-level results and broader business strategy.
In This Role, You Will
Financial Analysis, Reporting and Insights:

Monitor key metrics and KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that support improved practice performance.
Business Partnership and Decision Support:
Partner with practice managers and regional and senior operations leaders to understand business priorities, provide financial guidance, and support confident decision-making.
Support budgeting and forecasting in partnership with FP&A and operations leaders, including financial analysis, presentations, and business case support for key initiatives.
Build strong relationships with practices by responding to finance-related support needs, including dc assist tickets, service-level expectations, and annual inventory review requirements.
Process Improvement and Strategic Support:
Identify opportunities to improve finance processes, support operational efficiency, and contribute to strategic initiatives through financial modeling, scenario analysis, and data-driven recommendations.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required
At least 2 to 3 years experience as a Financial Analyst or Business Partner in a prior finance role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex financial data into actionable insights.
Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis techniques.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and align financial goals with overall business objectives.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software systems is required
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
